Even if you aren't covered by the OHSA, your employer may carry accident coverage through Ontario's Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). WSIB covers workplaces under both provincial and federal jurisdiction operating in Ontario. You should always ask a new employer if they have WSIB coverage.
